Trip Report - Third Annual Miata Day at the Museum of Transportation- August 3rd, 2003

The Third Annual Miata Day at the Museum of Transportation in Brookline was held on Sunday August 3, 2003. The weather was less than perfect for the event and as a result attendance was down from last year. Some attendees experienced scattered showers while driving to Brookline and while driving home but the rain held off while we looked over the Miatas on Display and socialized with old and new friends.

There were approximately 40 Miatas on display and as in past years, Trophies were awarded for the Peoples Choice Miata.

First Place went to Bill and Marlene Walker with their super clean and customized '94 White Miata. Second Place was awarded to Richard Stover and his '99 Black Miata Speedster, and Third Place went to David Kirwan and his Twilight Blue '97 STO Miata.
